Cancel anytime, online

The 2-hour, 5-hour or 12-hour monthly plan. You cancel it inside Wisdom Talk.

1. Click Open Your plan below. (Already in Wisdom Talk? Open the menu and choose Your plan.)
2. If you are asked to sign in, click Sign in, enter the email you signed up with, click Send my link, and open the link we email you. If it takes you into Wisdom Talk, open the menu and choose Your plan.
3. Next to your monthly plan, click Cancel my monthly plan.
4. On Cancel your plan?, click Yes, cancel. You will see Your plan is cancelled. and a confirmation email is on its way.

Billing stops at once. The hours you already have stay until they expire.

The $33 a month or $333 a year membership. You cancel it in the Community portal.

1. Click Open the Community portal below and log in with the email you joined with.
2. Click Manage Subscriptions in the left panel.
3. Click Generate Secure Code and enter the 6-digit code we email you.
4. Find your Wisdom Wheel subscription, click the ⋮ beside it, choose Cancel, then confirm.

Cancel before your 7-day trial ends and you are never charged. After that, your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

A paid Luminaries tier. You cancel it in the same Community portal.

1. Click Open the Community portal below and log in with the email you joined with.
2. Click Manage Subscriptions in the left panel.
3. Click Generate Secure Code and enter the 6-digit code we email you.
4. Find your Illuminate or Radiate subscription, click the ⋮ beside it, choose Cancel, then confirm.

Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
